Oakland, CA - Alberto Tiberio of the Health Net Pro Cycling Team Presented by Maxxis finished third in the Stage 3 criterium of the San Dimas Stage Race, won by J.J. Haedo (Toyota-United).
The outcome of the stage had no bearing on the final general classification, though Karl Menzies of Health Net Presented by Maxxis earned enough points and time bonuses to win the sprinters jersey and move up to fourth overall, 39 seconds behind race winner Heath Blackgrove (Toyota-United).
Teammate Mike Jones earned enough King of the Mountain points in Saturday's circuit race to win the KoM competition. Jones also finished second in the sprints competition.
